An fascinating discussion is price comment. I believe that it's best to write extra on this matter, it might not be a taboo topic but generally individuals are not sufficient to speak on such topics. To the next. Cheers

Thanks for the tips shared on the blog. Something else I would like to convey is that weight reduction is not information on going on a dietary fad and trying to reduce as much weight as possible in a couple of days. The most effective way in losing weight is by getting it gradually and obeying some basic ideas which can allow you to make the most from the attempt to shed pounds. You may understand and be following a few of these tips, although reinforcing awareness never does any damage.

Im impressed, I must say. Very hardly ever do I discover a blog that's both educative and entertaining, and let me let you know, youve hit the nail on the head. Your put up is vital; the problem is something that not many people are speaking intelligently about. I am actually joyful that I stumbled throughout this in my seek for something referring to it.

Hi there I appreciated your post. I feel that it is important when discussing diabetes to at least point out natural treatments that have been proven to be effective in managing high blood sugar. Numerous natural herbs can be including in a diabetics routine that can help keep a wholesome sugar level.

Clare, I found that changing my life style had the best return for the effort. I am lucky. I recommend a complete physical to include blood work. Then correct your life in little steps to improve your overall health which will have a big impact on your glucose levels, at least it did for me. I have been amazed how small changes in my life style improve my overall health and helped me gain control of my diabetes. You know I really don't miss Panda Express which for me was bad. I walk to the bus for work rather than drive.

Clare, I would be happier if your readings were closer to 5.5. Concentrate on improving your diet, eat better with moderation. After 2 or 3 days your readings should improve. If this so, then you know what works for you.

Hey my freind who is diabetic let me borrow his machine to see what my glucose levels were this was merely done due to me feeling very lathargic and very thirsty any way i did the fasting glucose as soon as i got up in the morn and my glucose levels were 1.6, i have had a few normal readings since between 4 and 6 a few of my readings have been around the high 5's and 6.1 etc he has left a spare glucometer for me to keep an eye on my glucose levels im just wondering should i be worried?
